Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/mysqli.init
---
The note on the page says: "Any subsequent calls to any mysqli function (except
mysqli_options()) will fail until mysqli_real_connect() was called."
However, that's not quite true: The function mysqli_ssl_set() can also be called before
mysqli_real_connect(), and indeed it must be if it mysqli_ssl_set() used at all.
