Imagick::setImageAlpha() is only available when built against
ImageMagick 7. This needs to be documented.

Description:
------------
Imagick 3.4.4
ImageMagick 6.9.10-23
PHP 7.4.3

When using setImageAlpha, since setImageOpacity is deprecated, I receiving an undefined method
error. Listing the methods of Imagick there really isnt a "setImageAlpha" method.

Test script:
---------------
$im = new Imagick();
$im->setImageAlpha(0.3);
