SplFixedArray::rewind(), ::current(), ::key(), ::next(), and ::valid() have been removed. In their place, SplFixedArray::getIterator() has been added. Any code which uses explicit iteration over SplFixedArray must now obtain an Iterator through SplFixedArray::getIterator().
