This link in php.ini is dead:

When using the link from the previous directive
(http://php.net/session.use-trans-sid), I'm getting forwarded to
https://www.php.net/manual/de/session.configuration.php#ini.session.use-trans-sid
So it looks like this forwarding mechanism is not set up for
session.sid-length
