Bug Type: Documentation Problem
Bug description:$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']

Description:
------------
'REQUEST_URI'
The URI which was given in order to access this page; for instance,
'/index.html'.

According to Stack Overflow
(https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4730798/what-is-the-difference-between-serverrequest-uri-and-getq),
the value $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] is always relative to the hostname. It
is true that you did state, "for instance, '/index.html.'" However, I
don't see how that makes it clear that the value is ALWAYS relative.
