I think we can close this ticket. And myself I've stopped using it. I use now AsciiDoc Python solution. All the linux renderers I have used never complain over anything. the 'no mapper found' notices aren't very important. My choice is limited to one package (HTML_CSS) I know well and because there is also an image (<screenshot>). As I got lot of tag "No mapper found" that exceed the limit of my DOS console, I've appended to command bellow the STDOUT+STDERR redirect to a temp result file.
