Oh, right! It seems the Romanian translation is practically
unmaintained[1]; I suggest to mark it as inactive, so that it is
no longer shown.

Also, you may want to completely remove SPL Types section for the Romanian language (SPL Types
section only exists for Romanian language)

and all the pages in Romanian language which refer to SPL Types.

removed from the PHP manual at <https://www.php.net/manual/>.
