The following comment exists within the code: /* TODO: * Maybe this isn't worth it.. but this, in theory, allows you * to easily add new pages without needing to rebuild the entire * section. */ Perhaps having it optional is fine but it can be annoying to build the manual and wonder why the TOC is wrong.
