Description:
------------
in manual/en/function.strftime.php
function strftime - Format a local time/date
in "Time and Date Stamps"
in %F, text "Same as "%y-%m-%d" (commonly used in database
datestamps)"
should use uppercase for %y, producing
"Same as "%Y-%m-%d" (commonly used in database datestamps)"
Reason: %y generates two digit year, but text refers to 4-digit year
which %Y will generate.
Many thanks in advance. PHP documentation is the best in the universe!
