New Comment:
This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation
better.

Description:
------------
The on-line documentation describes the new mail.log and
mail.add_x_header directive as changeable in PHP_INI_ALL - but looking
at the code they are both PHP_INI_SYSTEM|PHP_INI_PERDIR.
Since this is a security feature oriented for shared hosting, I assume
the docs are wrong and the code is right.
