Since the online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient. Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2009-06-23 14:44:15] swquinn at gmail dot com Description: ------------ The ReflectionMethod documentation (found at: http://us.php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.reflection.php#language.oop5.reflection.reflectionmethod) cites the existence of a method: public mixed getClosure() /* as of PHP 5.3.0 */ ... despite its removal as mentioned by the following RFC: http://wiki.php.net/rfc/closures/removal-of-this. This implies functionality exists, even though it does not. A note, or update to the documentation would be very helpful to relieve early adopters from chasing removed functionality. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=48663&edit=1
