The alternate is to use the ; cgi.force_redirect configuration below ; doc_root = e:\Workfiles1\inetpub\wwwroot Activated this gave the "no input file specified" on my IIS. It cost me a lot of time, installing and un-installing, googling to find the bug. For IIS the doc_root should be commented out. I had read this text many times, but did not get it.
