Inconsistent "id" attribute for the <div> elements.
Reproduce code:

Visit:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php
Open the HTML source.
Search for '<div id="ini.'
Expected result:
----------------
The "id" attribute of every <div> element of every section is in the form
"ini.sect.*" (e.g. "ini.sect.file-uploads"). So, that of the "General
SQL"
section should be "ini.sect.sql-general".
Actual result:

However, the value is now "ini.sql-general", and thus is inconsistent with
other sections.
