This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Example code on the manpage function.libxml-use-internal-errors should
not call DOMDocument::load statically since this is considered bad
practice (according to manpage domdocument.load). Instead the example
code should read something like this:
$doc = new DOMDocument();
$doc->load('file.xml');
