online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

The function definition for dio_open
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.dio-open.php) defines several
flags and modes but does not define the constant O_NOCTTY, which is used
in the example on the same page.
