Description:
------------
A quick look over the "return value" box suggests that this function
always returns a string. This is not the case as mentioned in the
"start" parameter box.
Give a hint in the "return value" box about this behaviour.
Reproduce code:
---------------
---
From manual page: function.substr#Return Values
---
var_dump(substr('a', 1));
Expected result:
----------------
Expected description:
Returns the extracted part of string or FALSE in case of an error.
Actual result:
--------------
-/-
------------------------------------------------------------------------
