Description:
------------
Hello,
as of PHP 5.3.0 the function mime_content_type() seems part of the
fileinfo extension.
But in the manual it's not listed as a function of this extension.
Instead it's listed as a function for the mime_magic/mimeinfo extension
(available for all PHP5).
I came across this issue, because I still have a mime_magic extension
in PHP 5.3.0. And then I have tried to load the fileinfo extension,
which was not possible because mime_content_type() was already defined.
(also there seems no configure switch for fileinfo, to disable this
compatibility function.)
Regards,
Carsten
