This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

In the user's guide page for pg_fetch_all, the "Return Values" section
could be improved by stating something like:
For example,
pg_fetch_all(pg_query($dbh,"SELECT id, name FROM demotable"));
might return an array like:
array(array(id => 1, name => 'one'),
array(id => 2, name => 'two'));
