Description:
------------
The DateTime manual page
(http://de3.php.net/manual/en/class.datetime.php) should document
whether if it is possible to use arbitary dates or not - e.g. Dates
which are outside of the general Unix timestamp.
A quick test revealed that $dt = new DateTime("0010-01-01 00:01:00");
does work, but it should be documented, and it should also be documented
what the limitations are.
