Example #5 Configuring file access permissions icacls C:\inetpub\wwwroot\upload /grant IUSR:(OI)(CI)(M) Expected result: ---------------- Setup instructions should be straightforward, it is quite complex already (read unacceptable) to follow the manual installation instructions, compared to ActiveState Perl automatic setup. Why is an "upload" subfolder necessary? If it is required, there should be some instructions to create it.
