From: chealer at gmail dot com Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: error_reporting() behavior incorrectly documented Description: ------------ Description: ------------ error_reporting() has synopsis int error_reporting ([ int $level ] ) and can be called without any argument, but then it doesn't behave according to the description : error_reporting — Sets which PHP errors are reported http://ca2.php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php Instead, the error reporting level is left unchanged when calling error_reporting() (no argument). "Get the current error_reporting level, optionally changing it" might fix, but I'm sure there is a better modification to make things crystal-clear.
