Log: Fixed doc bug #50838 (mysqli_prepare speaks about null-terminated
strings)

Description:
------------
In the documentation of mysqli_prepare stands "Prepares the SQL query
pointed to by the null-terminated string query [...]". I guess this
explanation is copied from the actual c++ function, but in php "pointed"
doesn't make sense as the same as "null-terminated". It should be
replaced with something like "Prepares the SQL query given by the $query
argument."
