It binds as SQLT_CHR by default.

Description:
------------
http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.oci-bind-by-name.php
has the
documentation for oci_bind_by_name() but it doesn't explain what happens
if optional $type is ommitted?
Expected result:
----------------
I would love to see an explanation of at least a default value or
behavior if I don't specify that last parameter when I call that
function.
Actual result:
--------------
It's unclear of what happens.
