This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

crypt() example has copy&paste bug - salt used for SHA512 was copied
from SHA256
and not changed to $6$, hence example script will generate SHA256
instead of
SHA512.
