Description:
------------
On the documentation page for oci_fetch_assoc is written:
"Calling oci_fetch_assoc() is identical to calling oci_fetch_array()
with OCI_ASSOC."
But on the lower of the page is written:
"Note: This function sets NULL fields to the PHP NULL value."
So if there are NULL fields in your result set then:
oci_fetch_array($result, OCI_ASSOC) != oci_fetch_assoc($result)
Hence the documentation should be updated to:
"Calling oci_fetch_assoc() is identical to calling oci_fetch_array()
with (OCI_ASSOC | OCI_RETURN_NULLS)."
