Doc #51333 [NEW]: SNMP documentation is very poor

And even many of the documented functions state "This function is currently not documented; only its argument list is available." No mention is made anywhere of support for SNMP versions 2c and 3, although browsing snmp.c one can find these things. I've always been impressed with PHP's documentation, and didn't file this bug years ago because I was always expecting the SNMP docs to be finished one day. Maybe some documentation work needs to be opened to the community in a wiki fashion?
