This function exists maybe your memcache version is < 2.1.0
php -r 'var_dump(function_exists("memcache_get_server_status"));';
bool(true)

Please fix note section in
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.memcache-getserverstatus.php:
wrong function name givem; there is not such function as
memcache_get_server_status().
