The same issue affects func_get_arg and func_num_args but is fixed with
the patch.

The first note on func_get_args metions that it cannot be used as a
function parameter, yet the changelog lists that it can be since 5.3.
The note should be changed to contain "prior to PHP 5.3" or similar.
