New Comment:
This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Log: Fixed PHP bug #51833 (Multiple paragraphs in notes render
incorrectly)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2010-05-16 15:45:14] degeberg@php.net
Description:
------------
When multiple <para> elements are used in a <note>, they are rendered
incorrectly. Instead of being rendered as multiple <p> tags they become
a single <p> tag with each paragraph separated by a single <br>.
An example can be seen in the last note here:
http://docs.php.net/manual/en/datetime.formats.date.php
Test script:
---------------
<note>
<para>Paragraph 1.</para>
<para>Paragraph 2.</para>
</note>
