It is stupid that users have to got browsing random directories in php-src and/or random php.net/~username sites for examples. Many are under-documented, but they are there, are are slowly being updated. And DuelIterator is a user defined (example) class. I wouldn't say it's missing from the PHP manual, and wonder if you're aware that this does not exist in PHP.
