Req #52527 [NEW]: Outstanding patch emails

From: Operating system: * PHP version: Irrelevant Package: Online Doc Editor problem Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Outstanding patch emails Description: ------------ Would be pretty cool if the Online Editor could send out emails when patches are saved to the queue.. Maybe throw into a cronjob a check (like once a day?) if there are outstanding patches in the queue, and if so, send email to the appropriate list (be it phpdocs@ or doc-<lang>@) with a headsup.
