There are references to winnt and windows 98 in your FAQ. These are
probably
deprecated years ago.
And what does thread safe versus non thread safe mean in your download
instructions. I suspect I know, but I see nothing noting the
nomenclature on the
site. most windows downloads don't mention this. They say either 32 bit
or 64 bit
