In http://fr.php.net/manual/fr/function.pg-connect.php,
the french translation says:
"aucune nouvelle connexion ne sera établie tant que vous passerez
PGSQL_CONNECT_FORCE_NEW Ã connect_type"
which means the contrary of the original english version. It should be:
"aucune nouvelle connexion ne sera établie à moins que vous ne passiez
PGSQL_CONNECT_FORCE_NEW Ã connect_type"
