Log: Fixed bug #52116 (pg_connect - how to use options)

Description:
------------
The documentation for pg_connect does not cover how the "options" part
of the connection string should be formatted. I suggest adding another
example showing the use of an option, such as:
options='--client_encoding=UTF8'.
