This bug has been fixed in SVN.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.

Added a note that the function returns TRUE on success.

Hi, Documentation for move_uploaded_file() only tells me the the return
values if
the function fails but not if success returns a file name or stream
points.
