Log: Fixed bug #53318 (possibly outdated information)
# I removed the Apache + IIS references as almost all of our SAPI's
support
# HTTP Authentication, those who doesn't are the ones rarely used like
webjames
# which we don't really have any documentation for in the manual

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/reserved.variables.server
---
I can confirm that $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER'] and $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_PW']
are populated when running lighttpd 1.4.26 with php/cgi 5.3.3 under
fastcgi
Test script:
---------------
<?php
if (!isset($_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER'])) {
header('WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="My Realm"');
header('HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized');
echo 'Fine, be like that. See if I let you in.';
exit;
}
else {
echo "<p>Hello {$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER']}.</p>";
echo "<p>You entered {$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_PW']} as your
password.</p>";
}
?>
