Sorry, but I didn't get the difference between the two functions
forward_static_call and call_user_func. Is there any specific behaviour
for forward_static_call/forward_static_call_array that is not mentioned?
Or does "This function must be called within a method context, it can't
be used outside a class." describe the one and only difference? Also,
what happens when its called outside of a class?
