T_USE have been reserved since prior PHP4, the documentation should be
updated to reflect this

While I worked on a new version of PHP_CompatInfo, I've found that the
token T_USE is available on at least PHP 5.2.13 version.
If keyword "use" is only related to namespace, as this last one is only
available since PHP 5.3, it should not be present.
