Curl SSL verification fails when CURL_CAINFO is set to a relative path. The error (#60, error setting certificate verify locations) is rather baffling. A quick google suggests verifying path and permissions, but according to PHP's is_readable(), the file is both available and accessible. Switching to an absolute path is an easy enough solution, but something in the documentation would be nice.
