For class synopsis pages like the one linked above, we don't (currently)
display
version information as you find atop function/method pages. The class
constructor page [1] is the safest bet to find out for which versions a
class is
available.
There is already a bug open [2] requesting that version information be
available
on the class page.

mention that the class is only available since PHP 5.3.0.
