Works as expected. The appendChild() method actually moves the node if
it is already somewhere else.

Test script:

$frag=$doc->createDocumentFragment();
$root=$doc->appendChild( $doc->createElement('root') );
$frag->appendChild( $doc->createElement('fragNode') );
echo $frag->childNodes->length;
$root->appendChild($frag);
echo $frag->childNodes->length;
