.chm broken links

It seems that some of the links in the .chm file are broken.
(missing . in .html)
e.g.
res/function.register-shutdown-functionhtml
which I imagine should be
res/function.register-shutdown-function.html
Atleast on the "exit()" page via the link "Shutdown functions"
There are other links with the same missing dot, atleast when using
kchmviewer. I had no problems a while back.
