This seems like a bug with PhD that is not rendering the
<ooclass><classname>XXX</classname></ooclass> within a <classsynopsis>
tag.
Every class name thats used like that is not visable and can be seen at
various places in the documentation, like DateTime, SPL, etc.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/mysqli.insert-id#Description
---
The page above has a small bug in the english documentation : the
"object oriented
style" part of the description section is empty, and the text seems to
have
"missed a step" (sorry, I can't find the right words in english). This
makes the
page a bit less readable.
English and French versions of the online doc have the same bug, but ut
seems to
be slightly different in the brazilian portuguese version of the doc.
