Since the online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient. Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better. Added to the manual, although I'm (very) sure there's room for improvement. Test script: --------------- var_dump(substr_replace(array("foo","bar"),array("baz","blah"),array(1,2))); Actual result: -------------- array(2) { [0]=> string(4) "fbaz" [1]=> string(6) "bablah" } ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=54519&edit=1
