Log: clarify stack parameter for Imagick::appendImages (doc #54159)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2011-03-04 09:55:20] stfnhch at gmail dot com
Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.imagick-appendimages
---
The description of the parameter "stack" is wrong. The options are not -
as implied by the documentation - "top to bottom" and "bottom to top",
but "top to button" (given stack == true) and "left to right" (for stack
== false).
Test script:
---------------
<?php
/* Create new imagick object */
$im = new Imagick();
/* create red, green and blue images */
$im->newImage(100, 50, "red");
$im->newImage(100, 50, "green");
$im->newImage(100, 50, "blue");
/* Append the images into one */
$im->resetIterator();
$combined = $im->appendImages(false);
/* Output the image */
$combined->setImageFormat("png");
header("Content-Type: image/png");
echo $combined;
?>
Actual result:
--------------
The three blocks (in red, green and blue colour respectively) will put
the images next to each other instead of on top of each other as the
documentation implies
