I'm curious you've seen russian version on the official documentation site because by now russian manual version is fully disabled (you can see the absence of Russian language on this url http://www.php.net/docs.php and in the select box on at the top of any manual page). Please, use our non-released version of manual here: http://docs.php.net/manual/ru/function.parse-ini-file.php. Some functions there are still not up-to-date, you can view last update date in the top-right corner of the page or in this daily report: http://doc.php.net/trantools/revcheck_extended_ru.html (green are up-to-date). I've upgraded to PHP 5.3 and started having the problems with this function because inside of .ini file i had the value "${MAP}". Please, better remove the translation of this page to Russian.
