Your karma have been setting up 2011-07-28 by philip (https://svn.php.net/viewvc/SVNROOT/global_avail?r1=313814&r2=313891) The online editor use a cache for this file to not check it all the time. This cache have a life of one day. Anyways, I just clear this cache to force reload it. Please, try again and tell me if it's OK now. For information, you have only RU Karma, so you could connect only to RU documentation. If you try to connect to another language with your SVN credentials, the editor will warn you about this.
