Log: Fix Doc Bug #55532

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.strripos%23Parameters
---
The on-line documentation for strripos states that "Negative offset values will
start the search at offset characters from the *start* of the string." Seems like
it should be "end" of the string instead.
