From: Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant Package: Online Doc Editor problem Bug Type: Bug Bug description:"Request an account" instructions trail off Description: ------------ * I click Edit on a page in the docs. * Php Docbook Online Editor opens. * I click "Request an account". * Instructions are displayed that say the following and trail off: "To request a VCS account please read :". That text is followed only by a DIV containing only an empty SPAN -- no actual instructions.
