Bug description:Download Link in the "View unified diff" window restarts editor

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Open section "patches for review (2)"
2) ricgt-click Menu -> "View unified diff"
3) Opens new window
4) click on the link to download the patch
Result: click triggers a reload of the editor
